Background
Dr. Kumar is a 2011 graduate of NUHS- Illinois, she embarked on her professional career with an internship at a Lincoln Park rehab practice, Elite HealthCare. Her dedication and expertise led her to become an Associate Doctor for two years, honing her skills in patient care.
Following this, Dr. Kumar embraced a leadership role as the Clinic Director at Chiro One Wellness Centers, where she oversaw three different offices. During her tenure, she significantly contributed to the growth of these offices, helping them achieve revenue milestones exceeding one million dollars.
In 2018, she transitioned into a corporate role at Medulla, where she served as the Director of Physician Recruitment. Dr. Kumar's impact was substantial as she successfully recruited over 250 Doctors of Chiropractic, initiated Entrepreneur clubs on four campuses, established scholarships on five campuses, and orchestrated numerous Chiropractic student events.
In January 2023, Dr. Kumar took her career to the next level by assuming the role of Senior Director of Doctor Recruitment at 100% Chiropractic. She has a true passion for the chiropractic field. Within her time at 100% Chiropractic, she has generated brand recognition amongst 6 Chiropractic campuses, created and nurtured 4 Chiropractic clubs and recruited over 50 doctors.
As of January 2025, Dr. Kumar has curated a list of Doctors and contacts and embarked on her passion of creating Kumar Wellness and helping Doctors of Chiropractic find the best fit position for them.
